Orders
At this time, we only accept orders online through our secure website. There is a low minimum order total of $15.00 per order.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  During certain times of the year it may take a little longer to process due to high order volume.  There is a small handling fee of $2.00 added to each order in addition to shipping charges.

Backorders
We make every effort to keep all items in stock, however, occasionally we may be out of an item that has been purchased.  When this happens, we will ship the rest of your order and automatically backorder out of stock items. We mark items that are out of stock as quickly as possible on the item details page so you will know before ordering.  Backorders are paid for in advance with the rest of your order. Your backorder will then be shipped separately when it comes in.

Payments We accept the following credit cards as payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  All payments are processed securely through PayPal.com using the highest possible SSL security encryption for your protection.  Because we use PayPal to process all transactions, none of your credit card information is stored on our servers. 

Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States, and many International countries as well.  We do plan to add additional countries in the near future.  If you do not see shipping options for your country during checkout, please let us know and we would be happy to add them for you.  Shipping costs are based on package weight and are automatically calculated during checkout.  To see the status of your order and for tracking information, please login to your account and click on My Orders on the left side of the screen.  From there you can view details for each order on your account.
For International orders, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for your package to clear customs and to be delivered.  All customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns on all damaged  items or if the wrong item is mistakenly sent.  Claims must be made within 5 business days from the delivery date.  Please email us at support@perfectbead.com for a return authorization and instructions. Returned items will be replaced or store credit will be given in the form of a Promo Code equal to the value of the returned items (to be used on the next purchase). 

**  We work very hard to make sure the products we offer for sale are Lead Free or Lead Safe so you don't have to worry. The components we sell are intended for ages 13 and up. Enjoy!
